My influences in the kitchen has come from several sources but my maternal grandmother was the one who set the tone that her children, grandchildren and no doubt several great-grand children and more will keep alive.

Choosing to swing between a vegetarian diet and irregular meat consumption lifestyle for over twenty-five years, I fully committed to being a pescatarian in the last two years.

During this time I have experimented with various sweet bakes to satiate the sweet tooth in the community and whilst avoiding dairy in my own journey JARI was borne!

That gave rise to Vital Energy Kitchen, providing Vital Energy Goodness and Nourishing products.

All products are available to order and maintain my strict vegan protocol. No dairy, no added sugar, no preservatives.
